Mr. Matthew K. Szot is Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of SW Seed Company. Mr. Szot he was designated our Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, after having held the title of Senior Vice President prior thereto. Mr. Szot also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of our wholly owned subsidiaries, SW Seed Australia Pty Ltd and Seed Genetics International Pty Ltd.
