Mr. Lino A. Saputo is a Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of the Company. He joined the Company in 1988 as Administrative Assistant. In 1993, he became Vice President, Operations and, in 1998, Executive Vice President, Operations. From July 2001 to January 2004, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Companys Dairy Products Division . In March 2004, he was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and, since 2011, he also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board since 2017.

Saputo Inc Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Saputo's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Saputo inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Saputo.
