Mr. Marc M. Hazout is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, Director of Silver Dragon Resources Inc., since April 9, 2013. Mr. Hazout brings over 15 years of experience in public markets, finance and business operations to Silver Dragon Resources Inc. Over the past several years Mr. Hazout was involved in acquiring, restructuring and providing management services, as both a Director and an Officer, to several publicly traded companies. In 1998, Mr. Hazout founded and was President and CEO of Travellers International Inc., a private investment banking firm headquartered in Toronto. Travellers was involved in a multitude of successful capital market transactions, and over the past few years has focused on building relationships in China with the objective of participating in that country tremendous growth opportunities. Mr. Hazout attended York University in Toronto studying International Relations and Economics. He attended The Canadian Securities Institute after which he traded Equities with a Securities firm in Toronto. Mr. Hazout speaks English, French, Hebrew and Arabic as well as some Spanish and Italian. since 2013.
