Mr. Hui Sai Tan serves as President, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Shimao Property Holdings Ltd. He He was the Group Sales Controller since he joined the Group in March 2000. Mr. Jason Hui is responsible for the sales, marketing, management and design of the Groups projects. He has more than 18 years experience in the property development industry and has presided over the sales and marketing of Shanghai Shimao Riviera Garden which boasted top sales proceeds among residential projects in Shanghai for four consecutive years from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Jason Hui obtained a MS Degree in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich, the United Kingdom in 2001 and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia in 2004. He is a member of the Standing Committee of AllChina Youth Federation and a member of Shanghai Committee of the CPPCC. He was an Executive Director and the Vice Chairman of the Company since 17 November 2004 and 21 April 2008 respectively. He is also a director of Shanghai Shimao. Mr. Jason Hui is the son of Mr. Hui Wing Mau, the Chairman, an Executive Director and a controlling shareholder on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited of the Company, since 2019.
