Mr. Frank E. Richardson is Independent Director of Sonic Corporationrationration. He has served as Chairman of F. E. Richardson Co., Inc. of New York City, a firm specializing in acquisitions of and investments in growth companies, since June 1995. From 1986 to June 1995, Mr. Richardson served as President of Wesray Capital Corporationrationration, a firm which also specialized in acquisitions of and investments in growth companies. From 1997 to June 2006, he served as Chairman of Enterprise News Media, Inc., which owned newspapers in Brockton, Quincy, Plymouth and several other towns in Massachusetts. Mr. Richardson serves as an Emeritus Trustee of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, a Director of the American Friends of the National Gallery, London, England, and a Director of the New York Genome Center. Mr. Richardson has served on the boards of many public companies, including Alex Brown, Wilson Sporting Goods, Avis and others. since 2015.
