Mr. Rob L. Jones serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Jones is currently an executive in residence at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. He served as cohead of Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commodities, Inc. from 2007 until his retirement in March 2012. MLC is a global commodities trading business and a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to taking leadership of MLC, he served as head of Merrill Lynchs Global Energy and Power Investment Banking Group. An investment banker with Merrill Lynch and The First Boston Corporation for over 20 years, Mr. Jones worked extensively with a variety of energy and power clients, with a particular focus on the natural gas and utility sectors since 2016.
