Mr. Mark A. Chancy is Vice Chairman, CoChief Operating Officer, Consumer Segment Executive of the Company. He was named CoChief Operating Officer and Consumer Segment Executive in February 2018. From 2017 to February 2018, he was Vice Chairman and Consumer Segment Executive. He is responsible for SunTrusts Consumer Banking, Consumer Lending, Private Wealth Management, and Mortgage businesses and our Consumer Operations, Marketing, and Data and Analytics functions. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Corporationrationrate Executive Vice President and Wholesale Banking Executive responsible for the Corporationrationrate Investment Banking, Commercial and Business Banking, Treasury Payment Solutions, and Commercial Real Estate Banking lines of business. Prior to serving as Wholesale Banking Executive, Mr. Chancy served as SunTrusts Chief Financial Officer for seven years. A 30year financial services industry veteran, he joined SunTrust in 2001 as Corporationrationrate Treasurer through the Companys acquisition of The RobinsonHumphrey Company, LLC, where he had served as Chief Financial Officer beginning in 1997 since 2018.

Solidion Technology Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Solidion Technology's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Solidion Technology inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Solidion. The board's role is to monitor Solidion Technology's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
