Mr. G. Bradford Jones, J.D., is an Independent Director of Stamps.com Inc. Mr. Jones was one of our directors since 1998. Mr. Jones is currently a general partner at Brentwood VC, which he joined in 1981, and an advisory partner of Redpoint Ventures, a firm he cofounded in 1999. Mr. Jones currently serves on the boards of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Jones received his B.A. in Chemistry from Harvard University, his M.A. in Physics from Harvard University and his J.D.M.B.A. from Stanford University. Mr. Jones extensive experience with and knowledge of the technology industry, business management, investment management, finance and accounting, and his experience serving on the boards of directors of other companies are invaluable to our Boards discussions regarding business strategy, accounting, technology, finance, cash management, capital allocation, and share repurchase strategies. since 1998.

Stamps Inc Leadership Team
