Mr. Douglas J. Harrison, MBA, CPA, CMA, ICD.D, CCLP., is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Harrison is a corporate director and consultant. Mr. Harrison served as President and CEO of VersaCold Logistics Services, Canadas largest provider of temperature sensitive supply chain and logistics services, and sat on the boards of its subsidiaries until December 2018. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer of Day Ross Transportation Group President of AcklandsGrainger, Canadas leading industrial and safety supply company and Vice President and Managing Director for Ryder Integrated Logistics. Mr. Harrison is a board member and Vice Chair of the board of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority and chair of its Board technology committee. He is also Chair of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehousing. He is also a board member and Chair of the Canadian Commercial Corporationrationration. In the past, he has served on the boards of the Conference Board of Canada, Hamilton Utilities Corporationrationration, Horizon Utilities and Mohawk College and was Chair of the Board of Directors of Livingston International. Mr. Harrison has strategic and business experience in the logistics industry with extensive knowledge of US and international business, including operational management, strategic planning, marketing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Harrison also has business experience in the industrial distribution, building products, energy and supply chain industries. since 2015.

Superior Plus Corp Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Superior Plus' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Superior Plus inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Superior.
