Mr. Frank C. Marchisello Jr. CPA is no longer Chief Financial Officer Executive Vice President of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. Previously he was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 1999 after being named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November 1994. He served as Chief Accounting Officer from January 1993 to November 1994. He was employed by Gilliam Coble Moser certified public accountants from 1981 to 1992 the last six years of which he was a partner of the firm in charge of various real estate clients. Mr. Marchisello is responsible for the Company financial reporting processes as well as supervisory responsibility over the senior officers that oversee the Company accounting finance investor relations and information systems functions. Mr. Marchisello is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified public accountant. since 2003.
