Mr. Kenneth H. Traub serves as Independent Director of the Company. Business and Leadership Experience Mr. Traub served as a Managing Partner of Raging Capital Management, LLC, a diversified investment firm, from December 2015 to January 2019. Prior to joining Raging Capital Management, LLC, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ethos Management, LLC from 2009 through 2015. From 1999 until its acquisition by JDS Uniphase Corporationration in 2008, Mr. Traub served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Bank Note Holographics, Inc., a leading global supplier of optical security devices for the protection of documents and products against counterfeiting. Following the sale of ABNH, he served as Vice President of JDSU, a global leader in optical technologies and telecommunications. Mr. Traub currently serves on the boards of directors of the following public companies DSP Group, Inc.,, a leading supplier of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications, since 2012, and where Mr. Traub has served as Chairman since 2017, Intermolecular, Inc.,, an innovator in materials sciences, since 2016 and where Mr. Traub has served as Chairman since 2018 and Immersion Corporation, a leading provider of haptics technology, since 2018. Mr. Traub has previously served on the boards of numerous companies including MIPS Technologies, Inc., a provider of industry standard processor architectures and cores, from 2011 until the company was sold in 2013, Xyratex Limited, a leading supplier of data storage technologies, from 2013 until the company was sold in 2014, Vitesse Semiconductor Corporationrationration, a supplier of integrated circuit solutions for nextgeneration carrier and enterprise networks, from 2013 until the company was sold in 2015, Athersys, Inc., a biotechnology company engaged in the discovery and development of therapeutic product candidates, from 2012 to 2016, A. M. Castle Co. since 2018.
