Paul initially joined the Travis Perkins Group in 2011 to take up the role of Chairman of the Plumbing and Heating Division, overseeing the BSS Industrial, PTS, City Plumbing Supplies and FP businesses. Prior to joining Travis Perkins, Paul managed numerous businesstobusiness and distribution businesses across different industries in several countries, including ICI Paints, Premier Farnell. since 2016.
