He also oversaw a public stock offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange by Borders Group as well as its inclusion into the Fortune 500. Due to his experience supervising the principal financial officer of Borders Group as well as his previous committee experience, Mr. DiRomualdo provides valuable insight as the Chairperson of our audit committee. since 2018.
