Mr. Lothar Wilhelm Nessmann is no longer Chief Executive Officer Hotels of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company, effective June 30, 2019. Mr Nessmann was appointed Chief Executive Officer, PPHG in March 2017. He is responsible for PPHGs daytoday operations and its existing hotel management business, as well as business development and expansion of the Groups management business. Mr Nessmann has 30 years of luxury hospitality experience gained from working in various countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, the Middle East and Europe. Prior to joining PPHG, Mr Nessmann was with ShangriLa Hotels and Resorts, where as Chief Operations Officer, he was instrumental in developing and positioning its Hotel Jen brand. since 2017.
