Mr. Clarence R. Verhoef is no longer Senior Vice President Finance, Corporationrationrate Controller of Varian Medical Systems Inc., with effect from January28, 2017. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporationrationrate Controller in August 2012. From May 2012 to August 2012, Mr. Verhoef served as the Companys Vice President and Operations Controller, and from September 2006 to May 2012, he served as the Controller for the Companys XRay Products business. Prior to joining the Company, from 2003 to September 2006, Mr. Verhoef served as the Chief Financial Officer of Techniscan Medical Systems Inc., and prior to that held various finance management positions with GE Healthcare and other medical imaging equipment companies since 2012.
