Mr. Wallace served on the board of directors of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. until June 2017, and he currently serves on the board of directors of The Michaels Companies, Inc. and on the board of directors of several private companies, including Outerstuff LLC, Service King Collision Repair Centers, Tradesmen International, the Weather Group, Alight Solutions, APX Group Holdings, Inc. and Dental Intel. Mr. Wallace graduated from Harvard College.
