Prior to joining Weir, Paul was the President of the Energy Group for ten years at Circor International, Inc., a diversified manufacturer of valves and related products. He was a director of the Petroleum Equipment Services Association since 2007 and presently is the associations Chairman. He holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. since 2016.
