Mr. Edward L. Bernstein is President, Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Director of the Company. He was an Independent Director of Westinghouse Solar, Inc., since September 2010. Since April 2008, Mr. Bernstein brings to the Board significant executive leadership, operational experience and strong corporate governance expertise through his prior business experience and his prior service on the board of other public companies. Due to his business background, he has a broad understanding of the operational, financial and strategic issues facing public companies. Mr. Bernstein is currently CEO and a director of acdGO Software Ltd., a private technology startup focused on image storage and management. From April 2008 until March 6, 2013, Mr. Bernstein had been the CEO and of Propell Corporation and he also served as a director of Propell from April 2008 until July 1, 2013, an ecommerce provider he cofounded that enables schools and nonprofits to sell merchandise online for fundraising and other programs. Mr. Bernstein is also cofounder of Creekside LLC, a private technology consulting company. From April 2002 to October 2006 Mr. Bernstein served as Chief Executive Officer and cofounder of PhotoTLC, Inc. Mr. Bernstein also cofounded Palladium Interactive, Inc., and was an officer of Broderbund Software, Inc., and The Software Toolworks, Inc. . since 2015.
