Mr. W. Craig Kissel is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Watts Water Technologies, Inc. Mr. Kissel is the Chairperson of our Board of Directors. Mr. Kissel previously was employed by American Standard Companies Inc. from 1980 until his retirement in September 2008. American Standard was a leading global supplier of air conditioning and heating systems, vehicle control systems and bathroom china and faucetware. During his time at American Standard, Mr. Kissel served as President of Trane Commercial Systems from 2004 to 2008, President of WABCO Vehicle Control Systems from 1998 to 2003, President of the Trane North American Unitary Products Group from 1994 to 1997, Vice President of Marketing of the Trane North American Unitary Products Group from 1992 to 1994 and held various other management positions at Trane from 1980 to 1991. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Kissel served as Chairman of American Standard Corporationrationrate Ethics and Integrity Council, which was responsible for developing the company ethical business standards. Mr. Kissel also served in the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1978 since 2014.
