He has also served as an officer and board member of numerous nonprofit organizations and has taught at several universities. He received his Ph.D. from New York University and his M.A. and B.A. from Yale University.

Delaware Dividend Leadership Team

Elected by the shareholders, the Delaware Dividend's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Delaware Dividend inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Delaware. The board's role is to monitor Delaware Dividend's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
