Mr. Burke joined ALPS Fund Services, Inc. in 1991 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of ALPS Holdings, Inc., and a Director of ALPS Advisors, Inc., ALPS Distributors, Inc., ALPS Fund Services, Inc., and ALPS Portfolio Solutions Distributor, Inc. These organizations specialize in the daytoday operations associated with both open and closedend investment companies, exchange traded funds and hedge funds.
