Mr. Jon A. Olson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company. effective on or about May 19 2016. Mr. Olson joined the Company in June 2005 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO a position he has held since May 2014. From August 2006 to May 2014 Mr. Olson served as Senior Vice President Finance and CFO. From June 2005 to August 2006 he served as Vice President Finance and CFO. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Olson spent more than 25 years at Intel Corporation a semiconductor chip maker serving in a variety of positions including Vice President Finance and Enterprise Services and Director of Finance.
