Mr. Michael Walrath is Independent Chairman of the Board of Yext, Inc. He has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since March 2011 and has served as a director since November 2009. Mr. Walrath was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Right Media, an online advertising company, from January 2003 until its acquisition by Yahoo in 2007. Mr. Walrath sits on the boards of directors of a number of private software and media companies since 2022.
