The fund retains about 10.4% of assets under management (AUM) in cash. The Fund will seek to achieve its objective by investing primarily in a range of equity funds which in turn primarily invest in a diversified portfolio of equity securities or by investing directly primarily in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities. The Fund may also invest directly in bonds including government bonds, corporate bonds and convertible bonds. The bonds in which the Fund may invest may be fixed and/or floating rate and rated either above or below ?investment grade? by Standard & Poor's and/or Moody's Investor Services or, if unrated, determined to be of equivalent credit quality by the Investment Manager and are primarily listed, traded or dealt in on Recognised Markets across Developed Markets.
