As the real world gets more competitive in the 21st century, many are turning to online trading platforms to hopefully turn their hard-earned cash into ten times the profit. As more and more online trading platforms emerge in the market, Business24-7 just recently stated a review of Plus500.

Plus500 Minimum Deposit and More Useful Information

As one of the leading platforms globally, many investors from the beginners to the professionals choose Plus500 as their go-to online trading platform. So, what can Plus500 offer you and how good is it really? Being known for its accommodation of both novice and experienced traders, beginners will be glad to know that Plus500 does offer a free demo account for traders who would like to get a feel of the market.

Business24-7 just recently stated in their review that Plus500 continues to uphold its reputable name as a well-established platform that offers trades in Contracts for Differences (CFDs).

Plus500 is a trading platform and among the most renowned providers of CFDs, allowing traders to trade on forex, options, commodities shares, and indices. Powered on extremely advanced technology, Plus500 is one of the highest-rated trading platforms on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Coupled with their user-friendly interface and powerful features, traders from all over the world rely on Plus500 to execute their trades and keep their assets protected. Established in 2008, their trading platform has allowed clients to trade financial instruments without needing clients to own the underlying assets. Having their subsidiaries regulated in many jurisdictions including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Plus500 provides high accountability and amplified security of assets to its clients.

Minimum Deposit

On Plus500, you can trade when you open positions on certain financial instruments. Each of these instruments has a unit amount attached to it, and this represents the minimum trade size of the number of contracts or shares needed to open a position. Traders can find the minimum deposits amounts per payment used on the Funds Management screen, or it can be found via the search engine as well. For most payment methods, a minimum deposit of 100 euros is required for electronic wallets and debit/credit cards, while bank transfers require a minimum amount of 500 euros. Traders will be glad to know that Plus500 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. In the case of depositing a currency different from the currency that was initially used, plus500 will pass on any commission fee and charges which have arisen from the currency conversion. Funds that are sent to a client’s Plus500 account will be categorized as the client’s money and will be protected as stated in Plus500’s policy. The funds of clients are also safely kept in segregated trust accounts to amplify security.

Plus500's Platform

Available on web browsers, mobile devices, and desktops, Plus500 ensures a seamless trading experience when traders switch between different versions. Translated into 32 major languages, as well as an easy-to-use interface, traders are able to execute trades with ease. Clients who wish to limit their losses or cap their profits at their individual thresholds can select “close at loss” or “close at profit” orders. These may be added to clients' trades when they open a new account, edit a current position or pending orders. Adding a guaranteed stop order will also automatically close an open position, once the losses incurred reach the stipulated amount.

Your account will still be closed at that amount even in the event of the instrument moving against you. The platform also provides a checkbox for traders to use Guaranteed Stop for instruments that are available for trading. Placing a Trailing Stop order will effectively ensure a certain amount of profits, and will continue to be open when your instruments move in your favor. It will only automatically close if the price does change by the set amount that you have set.

Other features and services

As appealing as it seems, Plus500 offers a beneficial and comprehensive trading package, and this included leverage of up to 1:30, the absence of commissions and tight spreads, free notification alerts and guaranteed swift execution. Emphasizing simplicity, Plus500 provides a very easy and straightforward trading platform available in different versions. Though it offers a wide range of over 2000 financial instruments, a downside of Plus500 is that the platform only limits trade to providing only CFDs. Furthermore, even though it does not have commission rates or spreads, the miscellaneous fees are not clearly accounted for, as all of the trading-related fees are incorporated into the spread and how it calculates the overnight rate is not very
transparent.
