Mr. Sherrill W. Hudson is an Independent Director of CBIZ, Inc. Mr. Hudson Hudson has served as a Director of CBIZ since his appointment in February 2015. Until July 2016, upon the sale of the TECO Energy, Inc., Mr. Hudson served as the Chairman of the Board of TECO and was a member of its board since January 2003. He was executive chairman of TECO from August 2010 to December 2012, after having served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since July 2004. Mr. Hudson also serves on the boards of Lennar Corporation and United Insurance Holdings Corporationrationration. He served on the Publix Super Markets, Inc. board from January 2003 until April 2015. Mr. Hudson is also Chairman of the Florida Chapter of the NACD and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. Mr. Hudson retired from Deloitte Touche, LLP in August 2002, after 37 years of service. since 2015.
