Mr. Brown is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Corporationrationration, an international communications and information technology company. Mr. Brown joined Harris in November 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Chairman in April 2014. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Brown was Senior Vice President, Corporationrationrate Strategy and Development, of United Technologies Corporation .
