Mr. Joseph G. Caporella serves as President, Director of the National Beverage Corporationration Prior to that date, served as Executive Vice President since January 1991. He is the son of Mr. Nick A. Caporella. Since joining the Company in 1988, he was involved in all aspects of the Companys operations, including procurement, supply chain management, distribution and sales leadership. Mr. Caporellas more than 25 years of experience in the beverage industry coupled with his extensive knowledge of the daytoday business operations of the Company qualify him to serve on our Board. since 2002.
