In 2004 Dr. Fassbind joined the Credit Suisse Group as the Chief Financial Officer of the Credit Suisse Group AG and the Credit Suisse AG until October 2010. In his function he was member of the Executive Boards of Credit Suisse Group AG and of Credit Suisse AG since 2004. He was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swiss Re. Ltd., Zurich Member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority, Bern. since 2011.
