Before taking this role, Mark coled the integration of the Shareowner Services business acquired from the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation in 2011. Prior to this, Mark held a variety of senior positions within the Computershare group including line responsibility for all of Computershare businesses in the Australasian region. Mark joined the Computershare group in 2001. since 2013.
