Mr. Michael M. Fleming was appointed as Director of the Company. He is an attorney with the law firm Ryan, Swanson Cleveland, PLLC specializing in real estate, dispute resolution, securities and environmental matters. Mr. Fleming previously was an attorney with the law firm of Lane Powell PC from 2000 to 2013. Mr. Fleming is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jones Soda Co., a publicly traded premium beverage company.
