X10 Limited was a Bermuda corporation with its headquarters in Hong Kong and had a manufacturing facility in China from 1987 to 2011. He was a Member of the Executive Board of the Consumer Technology Association from 1999 to 2010, and was its Industry Executive Advisor from 2005 to 2010. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Lesser served as the President of the Security Industry Association . Mr. Lesser qualifications to serve on the Board include his demonstrated leadership and knowledge of marketing, operational and strategic issues facing the consumer electronics business gained through his experience as a chief executive officer and director of a leading electronic home control and security system business. In addition, Mr. Lesser years of service on the boards of the CTA and SIA provide the Board with diverse and valuable expertise. since 2003.
