Ms. G. Joyce Rowland is a Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of the Company. From 1990 to 1995, Rowland served as manager of Labor Relations at SoCalGas where negotiated a number of changes in longstanding agreements. Prior to that, she was manager of Personnel Relations and Planning. In 1987, she served as Community Involvement manager and, later, was promoted to manager of Consumer Affairs. Rowland has a masters degree in business administration with a concentration in industrial relations and a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles. She also completed the Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan and has a number of certifications including, CEBS, CCP and SPHR . Rowland is an alumna of the 2001 American Issues Forum of LEADERSHIP AMERICA. She is also a member of a number of professional groups, including the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work and Blue Cross of California consumer relations committee. since 2014.
