He was Managing Director of the Freightways Group since 1999. He joined the Group in 1979 and other than a 5year period, including time overseas, he has spent his entire career with the Freightways Group. Dean held a range of senior executive and general management roles in a number of the Freightways businesses prior to his appointment as Managing Director. since 1999.
