She is Chief Executive Officer and President of France Strategic Partners LLC, a strategy and transaction advisory firm serving corporate clients across the country. Before founding France Strategic Partners in 2003, Ms. France was a managing director of Ernst Young LLP where she led a national clientfacing strategy group. She has served as a strategic advisor to over 250 companies throughout the course of her career. Ms. France has served on several corporate boards including Cedar Fair LP CBIZ, Inc. FirstMerit Corporation Dawn Food Products, Inc. and Mack Industries. She is a trustee of Baldwin Wallace University since 2016.
