Mr. Raymond Stickel Jr., is Independent Trustee of Invesco Value Municipal Income Trust since 2010. Mr. Stickel, Jr. was a member of the Board of Trustees of the other Invesco Funds since 2005. Mr. Stickel retired after a 35year career with Deloitte Touche . For the last five years of his career, he was the managing partner of the investment management practice for the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut region. In addition to his management role, he directed audit and tax services for several mutual fund clients. Mr. Stickel began his career with Touche Ross Co. in Dayton, Ohio, became a partner in 1976 and managing partner of the office in 1985. He also started and developed an investment management practice in the Dayton office that grew to become a significant source of investment management talent for the Firm. In Ohio, he served as the audit partner on numerous mutual funds and on public and privately held companies in other industries. Mr. Stickel has also served on the Firms Accounting and Auditing Executive Committee. since 2010.
