Mr. Lance has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and a MS degree in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Mr. Lance brings to the Board significant management and operational experience from his service in various senior management roles, including as President and Chief Executive Officer of MDA, Harris Corporationrationration and President of NCR Corporationrationration.
