Mr. Zhong Siliang is Executive Director of Yanlord Land Group Limited., Since May 11, 2006. Mr. Zhong is our Executive Director and was fi rst appointed on May 11, 2006. His last reelection as our Director was on April 28, 2016. He is the nephew of Mr. Zhong Sheng Jian, our Chairman and CEO and cousin of Mr. Zhong Ming, our Executive Director. Since October 2005, he has held the position of Assistant General Manager of our Investments Department and in this capacity, Mr. Zhong Siliang assists in the evaluation of new business developments and conducts feasibility studies on potential property transactions for investments. Mr. Zhong Siliang is responsible for establishing relations with architectural fi rms, real estate consultants and the district and national government offi cials, for the execution of our investments in the PRC. He also works closely with our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zhong Sheng Jian, and assists in other group decisions. In addition, Mr. Zhong Siliang assists in the overall management of Yanlord Land Co., Ltd. and is also the Deputy Director of our operations in the Group since 2007 since 2006.

Yanlord Land Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Yanlord Land's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Yanlord Land inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Yanlord. The board's role is to monitor Yanlord Land's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Yanlord Land's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Yanlord Land's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
