Mr. Jacques Albert Nasser is no longer Independent NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of BHP Billiton Limited effective 1 September 2017. He is a Director of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc since June 2006. Appointed Chairman of BHP Billiton Limited and BHP Billiton Plc on 31 March 2010. He was appointed as Company NonExecutive Independent Director on June 6, 2006. Following a 33year career with Ford Motor Company in leadership positions in Europe, Australia, Asia, South America and the United States, Mr Nasser served as a member of the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company from 1998 to 2001. He has more than three decades of experience in largescale global businesses and a decade of private equity investment and operating expertise.
