Ms. Suzanne D. Snapper was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company, Effective May 30, 2019. and is no longer as the Chief Financial Officer of The Ensign Group, Inc., Effective may 30, 2019. Ms. Snapper is responsible for the Company accounting, finance, tax, internal controls, managed care, treasury and risk management functions. She has served as our Chief Financial Officer since August 2009 and previously served as our Vice President of Finance since joining Ensign in 2007. As Vice President of Finance, Ms. Snapper played a key role in taking the Company public in 2007. She also oversaw the implementation of our internal controls over financial reporting. Prior to joining the Company, she worked from 1996 to April 2007 as an accountant with KPMG LLP, where her practice included providing audit services for public companies in the technology, transportation and quick serve restaurant industries. Ms. Snapper is a certified public accountant. since 2019.
