Mr. Nakamura serves on comparable or other board committees with respect to other funds in the Fund Complex on whose boards he sits. He also serves as a director of the Gabelli Merger Plus Trust Plc. Mr. Nakamura was previously a board member of The LGL Group, Inc., a diversified manufacturing company. Mr. Nakamura serves on the Board of Trustees of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. He chairs the Endowment Management Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is also involved in various capacities with The University of Pennsylvania and The Guiding Eyes for the Blind since 2013.
