Mr. Antonio Carlos Augusto Ribeiro Bonchristiano serves as Member of the Executive Board, CoChairman of the Board of Directors and CoChief Executive Officer of GP Investments Limited. He joined the Company in 1993 and was Officer thereof since 1995. Prior to joining the Company, he was Partner at Johnston Associates Inc, a finance consultancy based in London, and worked for Salomon Brothers in London and New York. Currently, he serves as Member of the Board of Directors of BR Properties, San Antonio, Allis, Leitbom, Estacio and BHG . He previously served as Member of the Board of Directors of LAHotels, Se Supermercados, Farmasa, ALL, Kuala, ABC Supermercados, Gafisa, Hopi Hari, Submarino, Equatorial Energia, Magnesita and Playcenter. He was also previously Chief Financial Officer of SuperMar Supermercados and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Submarino. He holds a Bachelors degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
