Mr. Craig Cocchi is no longer Senior Vice President Operations of the Company. effective April 1 2016. He led Operations for the CCOP business unit at JDSU starting in January 2008 as was responsible for delivering successive gross margin improvements through new product launches supplier negotiations cost reductions and expense management. Cocchi has more than 20 years experience leading strategic initiatives global manufacturing operations product development and PL responsibility. From 2003 to 2007 he held roles in Operations and Business Development at SAE Magnetics. Cocchi also held executive positions at ReadRite Corporation from 1996 to 2003 including Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations. In this role he managed more than 400 employees in operations and was responsible for improving cycle times and fab yields maintaining reliable delivery times through periods of supply chain interruptions and dramatically reducing wafer manufacturing costs. Cocchi holds a BS Double Major in Electrical Engineering and Sociology from the University of California San Diego. since 2015.
