LSI Industries' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well LSI Industries manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. At this time, LSI Industries' Return On Tangible Assets are comparatively stable compared to the past year. Return On Assets is likely to gain to 0.11 in 2024, whereas Return On Capital Employed is likely to drop 0.11 in 2024. The company currently holds 35.2 M in liabilities with Debt to Equity (D/E) ratio of 0.61, which is about average as compared to similar companies. LSI Industries has a current ratio of 2.09, suggesting that it is liquid enough and is able to pay its financial obligations when due. Debt can assist LSI Industries until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, LSI Industries' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like LSI Industries sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for LSI to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about LSI Industries' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
