Mr. Valery Leonidovich Velichko has held the position of Member of the Management Board at MegaFon PAO, since June 2011. Since April 1, 2011 he has occupied the post of the Company Director of Ural Region Branch. He joined Ural GSM CJSC in August 2006 as Security Director. In January 2010 Mr. Velichko was appointed as First Deputy Director of the Ural Branch of MegaFon. Before joining MegaFon, he was involved in business management in his role as the First Deputy General Director of Tula Regional Gas Sales Company LLC, an oil industry subsidiary. From January 206, he worked in the Security Directorate of VimpelCom in Moscow. Mr. Velichko began his career working on issues of economic security in Russian enterprises. From November 1996 till 1998, he was the Deputy Director of Delovoy Centr, and from 1999 to 2002, Mr. Velichko handled legal support activities for Irmas CSMR. In 1991, he graduated from the Dzerzhinsky Higher Institute of Border Defense of the KGB of the USSR in AlmaAta. In the period from 1987 to 1996, he served in executive positions in the Border Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2010, he graduated from the Ural Academy of Public Administration. He was awarded with a state medal, The Order of Merit to the Fatherland, 2nd degree . since 2011.

Elected by the shareholders, the Mobivity Holdings' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Mobivity Holdings inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Mobivity. The board's role is to monitor Mobivity Holdings' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
