Dr. Vito Varvaro serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of Piaggio C. S.p.A. since April 16, 2009. He serves as Director of Operations and Development for the Della Valle Group and as Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Tods SpA, Member of the Board of Directors of Marcolin SpA and as Member of the Board of Directors of the cooperative Cantine Settesoli. He is also Member of the Board of Save the Children Italia, ONG no profit. He worked at Procter Gamble, both in Italy and abroad, from 1978 to 2007. He became Chairman and Chief Executive of Procter Gamble Italia from 2001. He is Visiting Professor of Economics and Management and Professor of Marketing in the MBA program at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. He graduated with a degree in Business Economics from Universita degli Studi di Palermo in 1976. since 2009.

PIAGGIO C Leadership Team
