From 1960 to 1969 he was a partner with an accounting firm. Mr. Fox graduated from Temple University in 1958. Mr. Fox brings to the Board extensive experience in serving as an officer and a director of and as a consultant to numerous public and private companies. Mr. Foxs experience as a partner of an accounting firm also assists the Board in addressing accounting requirements with which the Company must comply. since 2010.
